At a time frame of your choice, this is either collected or delivered. We then process the paperwork and provide you with management reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, aged creditors, aged debtors and prior year report which shows any variances between the present and previous year, identifying percentages per turnover, etc.), which will enable you to run your business more profitably and efficiently.
We are also able to receive your documentation through our secure website. To use this service, we provide you with a handheld scanner that you simply run over each piece of paper and submit online. We can departmentalise your accounts so that a profit and loss report can be produced for each cost centre ensuring that you can manage each efficiently and profitably.
Our customer service is second to none. We treat all our clients with equal importance and offer each not only a practical solution to their book keeping requirements but also our support and advice. We can provide monthly meetings by phone or in person to discuss your accounts management and its implications in detail if required. (For limited companies that have an accountant that deals with their year-end returns, we recommend an annual meeting.)
