It begins with a simple blue box that we provide for you. It's bright colour is a constant visual reminder that anything that is produced or arrives that we might need is simply placed in the box. At a time frame of your choice, this is either collected, delivered or posted. We then process the paperwork and provide you with management reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, aged creditors, aged debtors and prior year report which shows any variances between the present and previous year, identifying percentages per turnover, etc.), which will enable you to run your business more profitably and efficiently. We are able to departmentalise your accounts so that a profit and loss report can be produced for each cost centre.
Our customer service is second to none. We treat all our clients with equal importance and offer each not only a practical solution to their book keeping requirements but also our support and advice. We can provide monthly meetings by phone or in person to discuss your accounts, management and its implications in detail if required.
Our service is available for 51 weeks of the year (we close at Christmas), meaning that you no longer have to worry about downtime when staff take holidays or sick leave and do not have to consider cover for maternity/paternity leave, etc. Our clients have found it a great benefit not having to employ and house extra staff thereby reducing costs and worry.
